Welcome to the website of Brim Detroit. By accessing this website or booking an experience, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Participation & Safety
Participation in the Brim Detroit hat customization experience involves the use of crafting tools and equipment including, but not limited to:
• Hot press machines
• Hot glue guns
• Sewing needles and pins
• Scissors and cutting tools
• Adhesives and decorative materials
These tools may present risks including burns, cuts, punctures, or other injuries. All participants must follow safety instructions provided by Brim Detroit staff at all times.
Failure to follow staff instructions may result in removal from the activity without refund.
Waiver Requirement
All participants must sign a liability waiver prior to using equipment or participating in the hat bar experience.
Personal Property
Brim Detroit is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings while visiting our studio.
Alcohol Policy
Alcohol may be served during select private events. Guests who choose to consume alcohol must do so responsibly. Brim Detroit reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone appearing intoxicated for safety reasons.
Minor Participation
Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who assumes responsibility for the minor’s participation.
Photography & Media
Photos or videos may be taken during experiences for promotional purposes. By participating, guests grant Brim Detroit permission to use this media unless written notice is provided declining consent.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes arising from participation or website use shall be handled within Michigan courts.
