Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

At Brim Detroit, each experience involves reserved seating, materials, and preparation. Because of this, we maintain the following booking policies.

 

Payment

 

All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation.

 

Private Event Bookings

 

Private events must be booked at least 7 days in advance.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

To receive a full refund, reservations must be cancelled at least 7 days before the scheduled event date.

 

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled reservation are not eligible for a refund.

 

Short-Notice Bookings

 

Reservations made within 7 days of the event date are automatically non-refundable.

 

Example:

If a reservation is booked today for tomorrow and the guest does not attend, the booking does not qualify for a refund.

 

No-Shows

 

Guests who fail to attend their reservation without notice will forfeit their payment.

 

Arrival Time

 

Guests are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals may shorten the time available for the experience and may affect the reservation.

 

Hat Customization Policy

 

Once a hat has been customized, altered, glued, burned, sewn, or otherwise modified, the item is considered final.

 

Brim Detroit is not responsible for mistakes made during customization, and refunds or exchanges cannot be issued once the hat has been altered.
