BRIM Detroit ("we," "us," or "our") operates the DIY hat bar and customization studio located at 3939 Woodward Ave, Suite 20, Detroit, MI 48201, and the website at brimdetroit.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding it.

• Booking information — name, email address, phone number, number of guests, session preferences, and any notes you provide when making a reservation.
• Payment information — deposit payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number; Stripe handles all payment data under their own privacy policy.
• Party inquiry information — name, email, phone, event type, guest count, preferred date, location, and budget when submitted through our party inquiry form.
• Contact messages — name, email, and message content submitted through our contact form.
• Newsletter sign-ups — email address when you subscribe to our mailing list.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

• To create and manage your booking and add it to our scheduling calendar.
• To send booking confirmation emails and session reminders.
• To process deposit payments through Stripe.
• To respond to party inquiries and contact form submissions.
• To send promotional emails to newsletter subscribers (you may unsubscribe at any time).
• To ensure appropriate staffing is available for your visit (hours vary — booking guarantees staff presence).

HOW WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION

Booking details are stored in Google Calendar and Google Sheets, both secured by Google's infrastructure. Payment records are retained by Stripe. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Stripe — payment processing. See stripe.com/privacy.
• Google Workspace — calendar and spreadsheet storage. See policies.google.com/privacy.

YOUR RIGHTS

You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. To make a request, contact us at brimdetroit@icloud.com. We will respond within 30 days.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel or reschedule more than 7 days before your session. Cancellations within 7 days of the session are non-refundable. To request a refund or reschedule, contact us at brimdetroit@icloud.com or call (313) 510-5577.
